Richard Headington Appointed Chief Operating Officer of Guernsey Cricket

We are proud to share that our Managing Director, Richard Headington, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of Guernsey Cricket, taking on the role on a part-time basis alongside his continuing position here at Channel Islands Adjusters Ltd.
Richard brings a wealth of leadership experience from both the insurance and sporting sectors, having served as MD of CIA for over 20 years and been involved in cricket for more than five decades—including as a former captain of the Guernsey men’s team. In his new role, Richard will oversee the operational management of Guernsey Cricket, supporting the growth of the domestic and international game, developing talent pathways, and working to strengthen commercial and community engagement across the island. This exciting opportunity reflects Richard’s long-standing commitment to both business and sport in Guernsey. We look forward to seeing the positive impact he will continue to make in both arenas.
