Our ongoing commitment to personal development

Since we opened our doors in 2004, it is hard to remember a time when one – or all – of us, were not studying to gain professional qualifications. We are passionate about our professional development and helping others to develop their skills.

Richard and Julie-anne are both ‘double chartered’, being Associates of the Chartered Insurance Institute and Chartered Insurance Practitioners, as well as being Chartered Loss Adjusters. They are the only two Loss Adjusters in the Channel Islands to hold this ‘double chartered’ status.

Julie-anne is also a Fellow Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and a Fellow of the International Federation of Adjusting Associations. Julie-anne served on the CILA Executive Committee as Examinations Committee Chair from 2018 – 2021 before becoming an independent member of the CILA Council and sitting on the Examinations Committee. Julie-anne has also mentored numerous students from all over the world to successfully gain their CILA qualifications.

Josh is a Chartered Loss Adjuster and British Damage Management Association Insurance Technician. As a future leader in the industry, Josh joined the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters’ Future Focus Committee between 2019 and 2021 and was instrumental in developing the mentoring programme to assist future loss adjusters in achieving their qualifications.

Ellie’s journey towards becoming a Chartered Loss Adjuster is underway and, alongside this, she has already secured the British Damage Management Association Insurance Technician qualification.

Tracy’s role as the qualified Mental Health First Aider is vital in an office where the pressure and demands of a modern office environment can be challenging.
